Meet the team
People that make a difference
Led by Kara Tuckey, our Head of Academy, the team combines deep sector expertise with a shared passion for supporting learners and empowering future professionals. From former nursery managers and SEN specialists to internal quality assurers and qualified teachers, each member brings a unique blend of practical knowledge, leadership, and commitment to continuous professional development. With qualifications ranging from degrees to certifications in Assessing, Quality Assurance, and Mental Health, our team ensures every learner receives high-quality, personalised support throughout their learning journey.
Many of our team members began their own careers as apprentices, progressing through a variety of sectors before becoming assessors and mentors. This real-world experience, combined with a drive to innovate and inspire, shapes our learner-focused approach. Whether delivering engaging training sessions, supporting functional skills development, or guiding learners through the end-point assessment process, our team is proud to help shape the next generation of professionals. Together, we create an environment where learners feel supported, challenged, and encouraged to succeed.
